Jedi warriors Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Quinlan Vos along with a squad of clone troopers lead by clone commander Cody disable most of the bombs that are set by young bounty hunter Boba Fett, who was hired by evil Sith lords Count Dooku and Darth Sidious to try blowing up the Jedi Temple, and the Jedi Council gives them the task to chase him and his team of fellow bounty hunters that includes Bossk, Dengar, Greedo, Durge,and Aurra Sing across the galaxy, with information provided by Dexster Jexster, to the planet Hyopri, where they duel against Dooku's apprentice Asajj Ventress , who was sent by Count Dooku to help the team of bounty hunters, and all bounty hunters except for Durge who escapes capture alongside Asajj Ventress, are all captured one by one, with Boba Fett captured last, and in the end Anakin becomes closer friends with Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, the imprisoned bounty hunters secretly plan their escape, Quinlan Vos parting ways with Anakin and Obi-Wan, and the mysterious Darth Sidious tells his apprentice Count Dooku that their plan for taking over the galaxy is going well. |

| 6 | Downfall | Famed Jedi warriors Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi are sent by the Republic to help fellow Jedi knight Bultar Swan to track down a former Nightsister and a dangerous Jedi killer, with help from Dexster Jexster, to Korriban, the ancient homeworld of the Sith, where they corner the former Nightsister in Darth Bane's tomb, where they defeat her but just as she is about to tell the Jedi warriors who hired her she is force-choked to death by Darth Sidious, who is hiding in the shadows, so that the former Nightsister would not tell the Jedi that he hired her and so that his identity would remain a secret, and then Count Dooku who is also with Darth Sidious is told to eliminate the Jedi as a test, beginning an awesome lightsaber battle, ending with Dooku retreating, much to Sidious' displeasure, but he is still pleased that another small part of his master plan to take over the galaxy has been completed and that the Jedi still don't know who he is. |

| 8 | Rescue Mission | Powerful Jedi masters Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, and Aayla Secura along with a squad of clone troopers being lead by clone commander Bly, clone commander Cody, and clone commander Faie are sent to a desert planet Geonosis by the Jedi Council in order to investigate a secret pirate prison full of Republic prisoners including clones, citizens, senators, supporters, officers, spies, generals, admirials, officials, and the Jedi master Quinlan Vos, and they find out that the pirates are planning to sell the prisoners to the Separatists, so Aayla, Obi-Wan, Koon, Bly, and Cody decide to rescue the prisoners before the Separatists can arrive. |

| 10 | Enemy Mines | Jedi masters Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, Aayla Secura, and Quinlan Vos along with their squad of clone troopers being lead by clone commander Bly, clone commander Cody, and clone commander Faie and the Republic prisoners that they rescued get trapped in mining tunnels by the pirates and they begin to desperately search for a way out just as the Republic arrive with reinforcements being lead by Jedi masters Yoda, Even Piell, and Luminara Undili along with clone commander Gree, clone commander Galle, and Tarkin leading the attack sucessfully driving back the Separatists and the Separatist leader Passel Argetine and defeating the pirates rescuing the jedi, prisoners, and clones in the process. |
| 11 | Competition | Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and a squad of clone troopers being lead by clone commander Cody are sent to recapture an escaped Separatist prisoner but they find out that evil Sith lords Darth Sidious and Count Dooku have hired the young bounty hunter Boba Fett to get him first, beginning a long chase that ends with Boba Fett sucessfully escaping with the prisoner, pleasing the two Sith lords very much and they decide to keep Boba Fett around, since he may have other uses in the Sith lord's master plan to take over the galaxy. |
| 12 | Grounded | Powerful Jedi masters Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, and a squad of clone troopers including ARC trooper Alpha-17 are ambushed by the Separatists fleet, being lead by Techno Union Separatist leader Wat Tambor, and they are shot down over the planet Jabiim and they must put theri differences aside and work together in order to fight off the droid army and despite being outnumbered like 1 to 100, they are still sucessful in driving the army of battledroids and Wat Tambor back until Jedi master Yoda arrives with reinforcements to help drive the Separatists off Umbara. |
| 13 | Hostage | During a battle on the planet Dromund Kaas the infamous evil cyborg jedi killer General Grievous is able to kidnap the famed Jedi pair Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker and he is planning to kill them live on holonet in order to lower Republic morale but small but powerful Jedi master Yoda and a squad of clone troopers being lead by clone commander Cody and clone commander Gree land on the Separatist-controled planet Dromund Kaas and he sucessfully frees the two Jedi after dueling and defeating General Grievous, and the clones and the Jedi leave the planet together on a Republic shuttle. |
| 14 | Catalysts | Legendary Jedi masters Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Yoda go to the snowy planet Rhen Var alone without telling the Jedi Council searching for an ancient and powerful Sith artifact that could be dangerous in the wrong hands after they witnesses a vision about the evil mysterois Sith lord Darth Sidious while meditating and there they find out that Darth Sidious has sent his apprentice Count Dooku and the dark Jedi Asajj Ventress alone to also look for it too ending with the two parties running into each other when the Jedi discover a Separatist weather machine and beginning a duel that ends with Obi-Wan getting knocked out when Count Dooku uses the force to bury Obi-Wan in a pile of rubble and the Separatist weather machine creating a storm. |

| 16 | The General | Jedi masters Obi-Wan Kenobi's and Plo Koon's fleet gets attacked by the Separatists, being lead by the evil Separatist commander General Grievous, over the planet Endor and only Obi-Wan, Koon, and a small squad of clone troopers being lead by clone commander Cody survives, and they must put their differences aside in order to survive Grievous, his army of battledroids, and a tribe of savage Ewoks, but in the end they are able to steal a Neimodian shuttle and narrowly escape the planet. |

| 19 | The Enemy of My Enemy | During a massive battle on the desert Outer Rim planet Tatooine between the droid armies of the Separatists, being lead by the sinister cyborg commander General Grievous, and the clone armies of the Republic, being lead by Admirial Yulraen and clone commander Cody while Jedi master Obi-Wan Kenobi and evil dark Jedi Asajj Ventress duel, famed Jedi knight and chosen one Anakin Skywalker and the evil Sith lord Count Dooku run into each other and they begin to duel but in the middle of their duel, they are ambushed and captured by a gang of ruthless bloodthirsty pirates who plan on holding them hostage and selling them to the highest bidder, but Anakin and Dooku escape and they must put their differences aside in order to work together in order to survive the dangers of Tatooine's Dune Sea as they face tusken raiders, pirates, bounty hunters, a sandstorm, a krayt dragon, and a sarlacc, ending with Dooku and Anakin arguing and dueling with Dooku winning until Ceran Jedi Master Ki-adi-mundi, the Galactic Marines, clone commander Bacarra, and ARC trooper Alpha-17 arrive to help him, but Dooku still escapes with the help of Ventress, half a dozen magnaguards, and the Trandoshan bounty hunter Bossk, so that Dooku is able to report back to his master, Darth Sidious, on Serreno and Bossk is able to get hansomely rewarded. |
